On a personal level, you can do a quick test:

Option 1:

Wet and dry your hair to see how your hair reacts to physical manipulation and treatments.

Option 2:

Thin Hair:If you can barely feel the strand between your fingers, you have thin hair.

Medium Hair:If you can feel the hair strand slightly, you have medium hair.

Thick Hair: If you can distinctly feel the hair strand, you have thick hair.

Wash your hair with a good quality shampoo, keep your hair and scalp clean by washing it regularly, Deep condition your hair to make it look smooth and shiny. Avoid tight hair styles that might pull and damage the hair shaft.

It depends on the hair, if you have normal to dry hair you can wash it once a week, but if you have greasy scalp, you probably need to wash more often like alternate days.

There are usually internal and external factors that impact normal air growth, like hormonal changes, genetic predisposition, excessive heat styling, etc. However, most times, hair is actually growing, but with breakage and split ends, normal growth isn’t noticeable. We gladly accept returns of only new and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased from other retailers or resellers are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Returns must be accompanied by all original components and in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packaging slip.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
